CIBC Senior Director Risk Data Strategy

Lead CIBC’s transformation of its risk data ecosystem as a Senior Director. Drive innovation, automation, and governance while working in a hybrid environment. In this leadership role, you will craft and execute the strategy for risk data architecture at CIBC. Collaborating with key stakeholders across Risk Management and Technology, your mission is to improve decision-making and regulatory readiness. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk data architecture strategy
- Oversee initiatives for data governance and reporting
- Lead modernization of technology and cloud solutions
- Identify opportunities for process automation and AI
- Deliver complex, multi-year transformation programs
- Proven people leader with multi-functional team experience
- Deep expertise in risk data architecture and technology
- Successful track record in large multi-year program delivery
- Understanding of OSFI CAR and BCBS 239 regulations
- Exceptional communicator across technical and business audiences
