Senior Director of Indigenous Relations at CIBC

Advance reconciliation efforts with CIBC as a Senior Director of Indigenous Relations. Lead the strategy that aligns with inclusion priorities and drives meaningful partnerships for long-term impact. In this leadership role, you'll oversee CIBC's enterprise strategy for Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation. Your focus on developing actionable plans will support talent development, strengthen representation, and enhance community relationships across the organization. Collaborating with senior leaders and business stakeholders, you will integrate Indigenous inclusion within workforce strategies and business planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution of the Indigenous Relations strategy
- Drive execution of inclusion initiatives across business units
- Advise on embedding Indigenous priorities into business plans
- Partner with HR and communities for inclusive solutions
- Direct governance reporting and performance measurement
- Proven experience in Indigenous relations and reconciliation
- Strategic advisory skills in large organizations
- Strong track record of partnership building
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with Truth and Reconciliation recommendations
