BDO Digital recherche un(e) Consultant(e) financier(ère) Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ou un(e) Consultant(e) senior pour rejoindre notre cabinet Dynamics F&O en pleine croissance. Le poste est à pourvoir et peut être basé n’importe où au Canada.
Responsabilités
- Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance auprès des clients externes et des équipes de projet BDO pour soutenir les mises en œuvre de l'ERP des clients.
- Jouer un rôle de consultant principal sur des projets plus importants où plusieurs consultants sont engagés, tout en fournissant mentorat et conseils à d'autres consultants.
- Analyser les besoins et objectifs commerciaux des clients et fournir une expertise approfondie des applications dans des domaines d'activité ciblés.
- Rationaliser les processus métier des clients pour obtenir un meilleur retour sur investissement dans le contexte de la suite Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
- Fournir une formation au personnel du client pour effectuer les activités quotidiennes à l'appui des mises en œuvre de l'ERP.
Compétences et exigences
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en conseil F&O Dynamics 365, avec une solide expertise dans le domaine fonctionnel Finance.
- Expérience complète de mise en œuvre de Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, ainsi qu’une compréhension complète des applications ERP.
- Connaissance d’un ou plusieurs autres domaines fonctionnels de Dynamics 365 F&O (commerce et logistique, ventes, ressources humaines, etc.) est préférable.
- Certifications Dynamics 365 F&O/AX dans les disciplines commerciales pertinentes seront prises en compte.
- Expérience de travail et de support avec des éditeurs de logiciels indépendants.
- Connaissances fonctionnelles approfondies en finance (grande livre, comptes payables et recevables, immobilisations, gestion multi‑entreprises, gestion multi‑devises).
- Connaissance de la budgétisation, de la budgétisation de projet et de la comptabilité de projet.
- Expérience en analyse de processus, refonte et documentation.
- Expérience de travail sur la conception fonctionnelle, la configuration et l’alignement des processus avec une compréhension détaillée des concepts du système financier et des fonctionnalités générales des modules.
- Motivé, articulé et capable d’inspirer le public.
