About the Role
TikTal is hiring a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to own the client relationship and revenue side of our influencer marketing campaigns. This is not a support role, it's a revenue generating, client facing position focused on growth, retention, and reactivation.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for existing and active clients/brands, managing communication end to end
- Run day to day project management for active campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination between client and internal teams
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell opportunities within your existing client portfolio
- Own client retention and contract renewals
- Build long term, trust-based relationships with brand stakeholders
- Work through a database of previous/inactive clients to re-engage them and convert them into active campaigns
- Track account health, flag risks early, and act before issues become churn
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar client facing revenue role
- Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in influencer marketing and/or digital advertising
- Solid understanding of campaign management workflows, from planning through execution and reporting
- Track record of managing a portfolio of clients and being accountable for retention and revenue outcomes, not just satisfaction
- Strong project management skills, able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping details
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable leading client conversations independently
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with outbound style outreach for the reactivation database
- Able to work within US EST time zone hours
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team environment
How Success Is Measured
This role is evaluated against three core metrics:
- Net Revenue Retention (NRR): net growth of your client portfolio, accounting for churn and upsell combined
- Client Retention Rate: clients retained at equal or higher contract value at renewal
- Reactivation Revenue: actual campaign revenue generated from re engaged dormant clients, not outreach volume alone
