is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor for its existing hotels.
Whether it is our charming boutique hotels or our renowned restaurants, we have found our place in Montreal's tourism industry, particularly thanks to the authenticity of our relationships with our clientele and with our staff. Under the supervision of the Quality and Guest Comfort Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor is expected to :
Lead and motivate the housekeeping team
Ensure effective communication with the team
Manage the priority of room cleaning based on departures and arrivals
Oversee the inventory of supplies and products
Follow up on the condition of equipment
Supervise room cleaning throughout the day
Handle any rare complaints with reception
Assist in cleaning the rooms when time or occupancy allows
Carry out any other related tasks that ensure the cleanliness of the establishment or are useful for customer satisfaction.
Attendance and punctuality

Autonomy, dynamism, and initiative

Neat appearance
Good physical fitness
Available EVERY weekend (variable schedule depending on workload). Salary varies based on training and work experience.
