Your main responsibilities:
Management & Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of maintenance staff
- Train, support and motivate your team
- Ensure the application of internal policies and Hilton standards
- Manage the distribution of work and intervene in the event of conflicts
- Ensure the cleanliness of the spaces and the quality inspection of the rooms
Control of Material Resources
- Manage inventories, equipment and supplies
- Ensure the proper functioning of the facilities and ensure supplies
Service & Quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Conduct rigorous inspections of hotel spaces
- Assist with housekeeping as needed
Timetables
- Day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
Essential qualities
- Leadership and autonomy
- Rigor and meticulousness
- Sense of organization and initiative
- Ability to manage stress and priorities
- Team spirit and conflict management skills
Key Competencies
- Experience in supervision (hotelier an asset)
- Good knowledge of the needs of hotel customers
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems
- Proficiency in hotel management tools (HotSOS, Opera, an asset)
