Food Service Supervisor- Weekends

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an exceptional quality service experience across all hotel outlets (restaurants, bar, room service). He/she oversees the smooth operation of daily activities, ensures customer satisfaction, and supervises the food service team.
Supervise daily activities of food service outlets, ensuring smooth operations and quality service;
Assist the manager in daily tasks;
Proactively address complaints and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction;
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and operations;
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as hotel policies;
Assist in scheduling;
Train, mentor, and guide employees to ensure the best customer service;
Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service;
Degree in hospitality and restaurant management (an asset);
Bilingualism (English and French);
Time management and prioritization;
Knowledge of Office Suite and Micros restaurant software (an asset);
Experience in a unionized environment (an asset);
Availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
