Drive impactful community initiatives as a Social Responsibility Lead at Affinity. Utilize your expertise in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) to foster partnerships and programs that uplift Saskatchewan residents. Affinity, a member-owned financial institution, seeks a dedicated leader for its Social Responsibility team. This role demands strong leadership in ESG, community engagement, and Indigenous Reconciliation. You’ll collaborate with various partners, manage complex programs, and deliver measurable outcomes on community goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage ESG and community initiatives across the organization
• Implement strategies for Truth and Reconciliation and inclusion
• Build strategic partnerships with local community organizations
• Oversee multi-year sponsorships to ensure effectiveness
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve community objectives Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree with 5 years’ relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of ESG and community development
• Proficiency in data collection for ESG initiatives
