Responsable Communauté des Product Owners

TEHORA recherche un Responsable de communauté de pratique des Product Owners au Québec, offrant un modèle de travail hybride. Ce rôle se concentre sur l'animation de la communauté et la diffusion des bonnes pratiques. En tant que Responsable, vous structurerez et animerez la communauté de pratique tout en accompagnant les Product Owners. Vous contribuerez à l’amélioration continue et assurerez l’uniformisation des méthodes au sein de l'organisation. Ce poste requiert également la participation aux activités de gouvernance pour garantir la qualité et la performance des projets. Key Responsibilities:
• Structurer et animer la communauté de pratique
• Définir et diffuser les bonnes pratiques
• Accompagner les Product Owners efficacement
• Assurer l’uniformisation des méthodes utilisées
• Participer aux activités de gouvernance Requirements:
• Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente
• Minimum 15 ans d’expérience en TI
• Expérience pertinente au rôle de responsable
• Maîtrise du français impérative
• Capacité d’animation et collaboration en équipe Optimisez l'excellence des pratiques Product Owners chez TEHORA dans cet environnement hybride.
