Overview
The Deputy Creative Director supports the Marketing & Communications Officer in developing and executing a cohesive creative vision for the Marketing Office. This role involves overseeing design teams, ensuring brand consistency, and managing both long-term and short-notice graphic projects.

Time Commitment and Remuneration
Term : May 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026
Hours : 8-10 hours per week
Honorarium : Awarded based on the Honorarium Grid in the Human Resources Policy ( Click here )

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic creative plan aligned with the Marketing & Communications Officer’s objectives.
- Lead and oversee the work of graphic designers, photographers, and video managers.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Visual Identity Standards and are reviewed for accuracy.
- Manage long-term graphics projects and respond to short-notice design requests.
- Act as the primary liaison between creative teams and clients, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
