Your analytical skills will guide compliance assessments and foster informed decisions for everyone. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational compliance and privacy initiatives
- Keep track of evolving regulatory requirements
- Enhance compliance protocols and documentation procedures
- Investigate and manage privacy-related incidents
- Coordinate with vendors regarding compliance issues
- Minimum of 7 years in compliance or related fields
- Strong knowledge of PIPA and PIPEDA required
- Preferred experience in nonprofit or regulated sectors
- Proven ability to build cross-departmental relationships
- Educational background in law, finance, or risk management
