Experienced Accountant in Development Projects

- Oversee all financial records and project budgets
- Prepare monthly variance analysis for stakeholders
- Ensure accurate cash management and invoicing
- Liaise with lenders regarding funding and reports
- Support audit preparation and special analysis as needed
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Professional Accounting Designation required
- Prior experience in real estate accounting is a plus
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial documentation
- Excellent communication skills for team interactions
