Transform Lending Operations with CLIENT as a Hybrid Lean Operations Process Consultant. This pivotal role focuses on utilizing AI and emerging technologies for process improvements.
As a Lean Process Consultant, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to streamline processes and implement strategic automation solutions. Your expertise will drive the execution of the multi-year automation and digitalization strategy, ensuring alignment with project objectives and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and propose future state processes for implementation
• Work with SMEs to enhance data integrity and efficiency
• Deliver project results within budget and timelines
• Foster collaboration between technology partners and business teams
• Conduct ongoing performance tracking and issue resolution
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant industry experience
• In-depth knowledge of Lean methodologies required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in managing complex projects across teams
