Cosmetic Clinic Reception & Sales Specialist
Port Coquitlam & Burnaby
$20–$24 per hour + commission | $50,000–$60,000 annually

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, highly regarded cosmetic clinic to find a polished, client-focused Reception & Sales Specialist to join their team. With a loyal client base and a strong reputation in the industry, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where service and sales go hand in hand.

What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Managing bookings, inquiries, and day-to-day front desk operations
- Supporting consultations and following up with clients post-visit
- Creating meaningful touchpoints throughout the client journey
- Recommending treatments and premium skincare products (including SkinCeuticals)
- Engaging with clients from an existing database to drive bookings and retention
- Working toward KPIs focused on both service excellence and sales performance
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in customer service and/or sales (clinic, retail, or hospitality)
- Confident working toward targets and KPIs
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- A genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and aesthetics
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
