Job Responsibility:
```Job Overview```We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using various computer software programs, and have experience working in a physiotherapist office or similar setting.
```Duties```- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual as needed- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendars- Assist with filing and organizing documents- Manage incoming and outgoing mail- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and work areas- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
- Light housekeeping
```Requirements```- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, EMR ClinicMaster or similar software programs- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills- Familiarity with physiotherapist office procedures is preferred but not required- Knowledge of front desk operations is a plus
