Sales Desk Representative

Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers via email or phone, entering orders, accepting payments and issuing stock transfers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicating with our Inside/Outside Sales teams as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product support.
- Entering orders and Stock transfers efficiently and accurately.
- Comfortable in what can be fast paced at times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good computer skills
