- Manage aggregate resource assessments and annual reporting
- Collaborate on the development of detailed mining strategies
- Support local business units in plan implementation
- Inspect operations and address geotechnical risks
- Maintain active communication on health, safety, and environmental policies
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in mining or geosciences
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the industry
- Professional certification P.Eng or P. Geo required
- Expertise in mining software and GIS tools
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
