You will report directly to the Head of Strategy and play a vital role in identifying manual workflows and data reporting needs. Collaborating with operations teams, your hands-on expertise will help align business priorities with practical technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Map and document current-state business processes
- Analyze process pain points and reporting gaps
- Identify automation and simplification opportunities
- Translate operational needs into actionable requirements
- Support design of enhanced workflows and reporting systems
- 5+ years in business analysis or process improvement
- Strong mapping and documentation skills
- Ability to simplify complexity and translate problems
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Experience in financial services or related industries
