Director ABM in Manufacturing Solutions
ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc
Lead the charge in continuous improvement as the Director of ABM at ATS Corporation, ideal for candidates based in North America or Europe and open to significant travel. This strategic role is pivotal to enhancing manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness. As the Director of ABM, your responsibilities will include implementing lean methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Reporting directly to the SVP, this role requires 4-8 years of experience in operations or engineering within a lean environment, paired with a solid engineering degree and, preferably, an MBA. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate ATS Business Model implementation
- Create and execute improvement roadmaps
- Assess business metrics strategically
- Develop training programs on lean tools
- Execute process improvements across operations
- Engineering degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus
- 4-8 years of relevant industry experience
- Mastery of lean and ABM methodologies
- Superior communication and training abilities
- Strong project and time management skills
