As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will refine and establish manufacturing procedures while ensuring shop documentation compliance with quality standards. Your contribution is vital in assessing and resolving product quality issues and supporting equipment maintenance and upgrades. Collaborate within the Component Engineering team, focusing on manufacturing operations and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain shop documentation and routings
- Investigate non-conforming product issues with stakeholders
- Support manufacturing across assembly, welding, and machining
- Maintain tooling and shop practices databases
- Contribute to pre-manufacturing reviews and tooling design
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Under 2 years of experience preferred or co-op exposure
- Basic knowledge of CAD/SolidWorks and drafting principles
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop technical documentation with guidance
