Eclipse Applications Engineer Account Manager

Join Eclipse Automation's team as an Account Manager - Applications Engineer in Cambridge, ON. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes project execution and technical design for customer engagement. In this position, you will support the sales team by developing proposals and preparing technical deliverables. Your work will involve collaborating closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure all projects are completed on time. You will also manage relationships with suppliers to align estimates with project budgets, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Review RFQs and conduct customer meetings
- Create detailed cell layout and equipment drawings
- Engage with suppliers for material costs
- Foster internal communication for project alignment
- Attend escalation meetings as needed
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks essential
- Knowledge of CSA, ANSI, and CE standards
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- Proven ability to lead teams under tight schedules
