Sales Director in Airport Innovation

Lead the charge in airport innovation with TKH Airport Solutions as the Sales Director. Your mission will focus on transforming airfields across North America through advanced technology. In this senior role, you will identify and secure business opportunities with airports while building long-term relationships with industry stakeholders. Your experience in consultative selling will support successful negotiations and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to create tailored solutions that enhance airport operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure key business opportunities in aviation
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Lead negotiations with multiple decision-makers
- Work with teams to deliver tailored technological solutions
- Represent the company at key industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, MBA is a plus
- 10+ years in B2B sales within aviation or technology
- Track record in achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with airport operations and airfield lighting
