Director of Service Delivery Management

Elevate customer engagements as the Service Delivery Director, guiding strategic relationships and contractual management for organizational success. This senior role emphasizes operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. As a key individual contributor, you will orchestrate successful service delivery in collaboration with Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and other teams. Your role is to ensure alignment between contractual obligations and customer expectations through effective communication and governance. Your leadership presence and strong organizational skills will be instrumental for successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic customer engagements
  • Manage day-to-day customer contract administration
  • Identify and coordinate resolution of risks and issues
  • Foster cross-functional operational coordination
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer commitments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years in Service Delivery or related roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and managed services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence teams without direct authority
