What You Will Do:

• Support performance analytics, testing, and uprate validation for wind/solar assets.
• Advance data platforms to deliver fast, accurate performance and resource insights.
• Partner with industry stakeholders and internal teams to improve equipment performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts and support consultants on performance programs.
• Plan and validate performance improvements through project management support.
• Standardize and automate reporting, documentation, and analytics processes.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 0–2 years of previous related experience.
• Passionate for renewables and a strong willingness to learn.
• Solid foundation in math, statistics, and data science.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in programming (Python/MATLAB preferred).
• Self‑motivated with strong project management and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment.
• Minimal travel (<5%) to field sites, other office locations, and/or industry conferences.
• The environment is fast‑paced and deliverables‑based with competing deadlines to support aggressive performance and cost goals.
