Bilingual Software Training Specialist - Automotive

PBS is seeking a Bilingual v10 Apex Onboarding & Adoption Specialist in Calgary, Alberta, to enhance dealership experiences through training in English and French. Play a crucial role in improving software adoption and user confidence. Focusing on Fixed Operations, you’ll be responsible for customer training and support during the implementation of PBS v10 Apex. Your efforts will aim to boost operational efficiency and ensure the effective use of software tools through tailored virtual training sessions and ongoing support. Engage and educate users to maximize their software experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training to optimize use of PBS v10 Apex
• Master all areas of the software for effective customer support
• Conduct virtual training sessions focused on user engagement
• Follow up with customers for enhanced retention and success
• Identify customer gaps for further training needs

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French (writing, reading, speaking)
• 1-2 years’ experience in dealership Fixed Operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• High School Diploma
