Electrical Design Engineer at Propak Systems

Become an Electrical Design Engineer with Propak Systems Ltd. and help shape the future of energy fab! Focus on innovative designs and support for energy production facilities worldwide. In this role, you will leverage your electrical engineering expertise and contribute to detailed designs for power and control systems. A recognized degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are essential as you perform calculations, oversee compliance, and support your project team through various stages of execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Review design criteria for power distribution systems
- Execute engineering calculations for project requirements
- Generate work package documents for electrical construction
- Support the design of equipment layouts and control schematics
- Assist in field support during construction and commissioning
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer designation with APEGA
- Minimum 5 years in electrical design specific to oil and gas
- Experience in ETAP modeling and EPC environments
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code
