Lead engineering efforts with hands-on expertise at IMPACT Pump Solutions. This senior role oversees engineering, manufacturing, and R&D, ensuring high-quality, efficient production and compliance with standards. As an Engineering Manager at IMPACT Pump Solutions Inc., you will lead day-to-day technical operations in a manufacturing plant. Required qualifications include a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and extensive industrial experience. You will provide essential support across various engineering functions while maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in design reviews and troubleshoot engineering challenges
- Oversee design and continuous improvement of pumps
- Collaborate with manufacturing to enhance processes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Supervise and mentor engineering teams
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation
- 10+ years in heavy manufacturing engineering
- Strong background in rotating equipment
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
