Lead the launch of Homesense in Airdrie, Alberta as a passionate Store Manager. Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store success in a vibrant environment. At TJX Canada, we are excited to open a current Homesense store and seek a Store Manager with 3-5 years of retail management experience.
You will oversee store operations, manage a large team, and foster an inclusive atmosphere focused on growth and collaboration. This dynamic role also involves planning to boost sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store operations effectively
- Recruit and mentor a diverse team of Associates
- Develop strategic plans to enhance store sales
- Ensure high customer service and merchandise standards
- Conduct audits and reviews for loss prevention compliance
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and motivate teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of store operations
- Experience in high-volume retail environments
