Experienced Pharmacy Manager Wanted

Become the Pharmacy Manager at Sobeys in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, where patient-centered care is the core of our mission. Seeking an experienced professional to lead our dedicated pharmacy team. In this full-time role, you will excel in managing pharmacy operations, fostering relationships with patients, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your responsibility will extend to nurturing a positive work environment, executing launch programs, and meeting key performance indicators while championing diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed customer expectations through relationship building
- Implement pharmacy initiatives to drive sales and service quality
- Actively support patient care initiatives
- Cultivate a motivating and inclusive team culture
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory mandates
- Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree
- Must be a licensed Pharmacist in good standing
- Minimum 2 years pharmacy management experience
- Injection and First Aid Certification required
- Experience with Kroll software is beneficial
