Experienced Clinical Psychologist for Youth Therapy

Become a Clinical Psychologist III focused on delivering psychological services to youth and children. This position requires extensive assessment skills and the development of group therapies while collaborating with a health team. In this impactful role, you will design and evaluate therapeutic programs, provide supervision to students, and contribute to research initiatives. The job includes occasional travel to clinics and may involve evening hours to support programming. You'll need strong leadership and analytical skills to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments for accurate diagnosis
- Develop and assess group therapy programs for children
- Provide direct therapy to clients as required
- Actively participate in research and policy committees
- Offer mentorship to doctoral and provisional psychologists
- Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology necessary
- Registration or provisional registration with Newfoundland and Labrador Psychology Board
- Experience in child-focused therapeutic work
- Proven leadership and program management capabilities
- Capability to operate autonomously and manage a client caseload
