Addictions Counsellor with Faith Integration

Join Teen Challenge as an Addictions Counsellor, focusing on faith and recovery. This hybrid full-time or part-time role allows you to guide clients both in-person and remotely. We are searching for an Addictions Counsellor with a CCACF or equivalent designation to support our rehabilitation efforts at Teen Challenge. This position will involve delivering one-on-one and group counselling, as well as creating personalized treatment plans infused with spiritual principles. By understanding and integrating Christian values with therapeutic methods, you'll help clients grow and recover. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal therapeutic counselling sessions
- Design and apply individualized treatment strategies
- Lead engaging group therapy discussions
- Develop relapse prevention metrics
- Incorporate biblical principles into counselling sessions
- CCACF or similar counselling qualification
- Deep understanding of Christian faith principles
- Prior counselling experience in addiction recovery
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting
- Commitment to making a difference
