Inside Sales Manager for Toast Toronto

Elevate the Toast brand as an Inside Sales Manager based in Toronto, Canada. Lead a high-performing sales team in delivering tailored solutions for restaurants and driving business growth. As a pivotal member of Toast, you will report to a Regional Vice President and focus on hiring and coaching a team of Inside Account Executives. Your role demands a passion for sales management in the restaurant technology space, ensuring your team's success in addressing the unique needs of restaurateurs. You will also innovate strategies to attract talent and drive market demand. Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and manage a successful sales team
- Coach team on discovery meetings and live demos
- Develop go-to-market strategy for demand generation
- Manage partnerships with tech providers for referrals
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking business metrics
- 3+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record in uncharted market penetration
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Able to thrive under pressure
- Experience with complex hardware or software solutions
