About the Engagement
Akkodis is seeking an experienced Scrum Master consultant to support Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and serve as an Agile Coach for the team and organization on Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

Services to be Provided
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives); coach the team and organization on Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and elevate issues when necessary.
- Ensure transparency in team progress through metrics and reporting (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
- Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational agility with Agile delivery models and distributed team environments.
