* Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, FSC)
* Agile / Scrum methodologies
* JIRA, Confluence, Agile dashboards
* Strong stakeholder management
* Cross-team coordination (onsite/offshore teams)
Experience Required:
* 6–10 years
* Proven experience as Scrum Master in Salesforce programs
Role Description:
Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation:
* Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
* Manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives
* Ensure adherence to Agile, enterprise governance, compliance, and DevOps practices
Backlog & Sprint Management:
* Partner with Product Owner to manage backlog, prioritization, and sprint readiness
* Ensure user stories are refined, groomed, and aligned to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
Delivery Management:
* Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams
* Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies proactively
* Drive Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, predictability, and sprint health
Testing & Release Support:
* Support UAT, defect triage, and release coordination
* Ensure smooth delivery across sprint cycles and production releases
Coaching & Continuous Improvement:
* Coach teams on Agile best practices
* Drive continuous improvement and delivery optimization
Preferred Skills:
* Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience
* CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps pipelines
* Banking domain knowledge (compliance, regulatory environment)
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) mandatory
* Salesforce certifications preferred
Nice to Have:
* Large-scale digital transformation experience
* Canadian banking exposure
* Multi-squad Agile delivery experience
