Your New Role

As a Salesforce Integration Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and evolving the Salesforce ecosystem while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both architectural expertise and active development involvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing complex integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
• Establishing best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce architecture guidelines
• Leading solution design sessions and technical planning discussions
• Building and maintaining integration patterns across enterprise systems
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Providing mentorship and technical leadership to development teams
• Driving platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and governance
• Ensuring compliance with security and enterprise standards

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
• Salesforce certifications (Developer and/or Architect)
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
• Strong experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and integration patterns
• Experience with middleware platforms and ETL tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git version control
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and release management
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and leading technical teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Financial services experience is an asset
