- Define and expand Relay’s content marketing strategy
- Build and mentor a high-functioning marketing team
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams
- Develop flagship content initiatives like research reports
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics
- 7+ years in brand/content marketing experience
- At least 2 years in team management
- Expertise in building content functions
- Knowledge of fintech or SaaS industries
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
