- Assist clients with personal care and mobility needs
- Monitor and report health condition changes
- Aid in medication reminders as outlined in care plans
- Perform housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
- Foster engaging conversations to reduce client isolation
- Must hold a Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
- Valid vehicle access and driver’s license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Satisfactory vulnerable sector police check
- Preferred experience in home care or long-term care facilities
