Program Scheduler at Carefor

Enhance community support as a Program Scheduler with Carefor in Eastern Ontario. This key role involves scheduling services for Homemakers and PSWs, ensuring client needs are met effectively. As a vital member of the Client Services Team, the Program Scheduler will report to the Manager of Client Care, Homemaking & Going Home. You will utilize your scheduling expertise to manage employee absences proactively and maintain master rotations. The position demands effective communication with staff and service providers while adhering to Carefor’s policies and ensuring quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee absences and assign client visits
• Support contracted service providers effectively
• Anticipate scheduling needs and respond accordingly
• Create master rotations and distribute schedules
• Coordinate training for new team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher
• 2-3 years of relevant scheduling experience
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Bilingual in English and French
• Experience in a clinical environment is an asset
