Become a pivotal part of Carefor’s rehabilitation team as a Physiotherapist in Eastern Ontario. Your expertise in client support and personalized care will enhance the lives of many. Carefor is committed to providing exceptional home care services in Eastern Ontario. As a Physiotherapist, you will empower clients on their journey to recovery by offering tailored treatment strategies. Engage with clients one-on-one, promoting their independence through hands-on interaction and education in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions
- Restore movement through individualized exercise programs
- Develop goal-oriented care plans for clients
- Educate on the use of mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment
- Work with a team to provide comprehensive client care
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- 2-5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
