Wealth Adviser with Uncapped Earnings

Elevate your financial career with a fully remote Wealth Adviser role offering significant uncapped commission potential. This is not a traditional advisory position; instead, focus on business development and client acquisition. Our client seeks high-performing financial professionals to engage with warm, qualified leads across Canada. If you thrive on closing deals and presenting investment opportunities, this role is a fit. You won’t manage existing portfolios but will help transition new clients to dedicated teams, maximizing your commission-based earning potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a pipeline of warm, qualified prospective clients
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess financial goals
- Present investment philosophy and value proposition
- Build trust with high-net-worth individuals
- Lead virtual and telephone-based sales conversations
- At least 24 months IIROC/CIRO Investment Dealer registration
- 5+ years in financial services or investment roles
- Proven success in business development and client acquisition
- Strong ability to influence and close deals
- Excellent virtual presentation and communication skills
