Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient General Cleaner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that our clients' spaces are spotless and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing various surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Remove trash and recycling, and ensure proper disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service while on-site, representing Blue Sponge's high standards.
Requirements:
- Must be mobile, have a car and driver's license
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle the demands of the job.
