Manager, Recruitment Services

We are looking for a high-impact Manager who can operate at the intersection of business development and candidate sourcing. This is a role designed for a self-starter who values autonomy but craves high-level collaboration with a team that knows how to win.

You will lead mandates and growth strategies within our core pillars:

• Front Office: Sales, Fundraising, and Investor Relations.
• Deal Side: M&A, Private Equity, and Investment Banking.
• Technical & Advisory: Finance, Tax, and Asset Management.
• Wealth Advisory: Advisory and Portfolio Management.

Requirements

• 3+ years in executive search or recruitment, specifically within Finance, M&A, or Investment Banking.
• A verifiable track record of high-value business development and successfully managing retained or exclusive mandates.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to act as a peer to senior investment professionals.
• The ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and team meetings.
