Essence is seeking a Customer Service Team Member on behalf of Facility Plus. Working with a team of four or more people, this person will read and prioritize a high volume of emails, focusing on urgent matters. Responding to customer inquiries promptly, you will assign inquiries to the appropriate person based on the client's need.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor all incoming emails and respond to all customer's phone calls.
· Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
· Assign emails to the appropriate individuals.
· Assist with the pricing of work orders.
· Flag any issues or potential issues to the team for immediate action.
Requirements:
· Post-secondary education or a combination of experience and education.
· A blend of customer service and administrative experience.
· Strong technical skills, working with Microsoft Office, CRM, and databases.
