Staffmax is working with our client to hire a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract. This role involves handling customer interactions with professionalism and care while supporting the company’s reputation for exceptional service.
Contract length: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product and service information to resolve issues
- Record customer interactions and update internal systems
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Comfortable working with CRM and ticketing systems
