Account Manager - Ontario and Manitoba

Drive your career as an Account Manager with Custom Truck One Source in Ontario and Manitoba. This role focuses on new business development through prospecting and relationship building. CTOS is seeking a passionate Account Manager to join its expanding sales team. Located near a major airport, this home-based position involves regular travel throughout the territory. You will be responsible for developing growth strategies, securing new customers, and delivering exceptional service while managing existing relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Ontario and Manitoba
- Prospect and secure new customer relationships
- Conduct meetings and equipment demonstrations
- Promote equipment sales, rentals, and services
- Manage customer activity using Salesforce
- 3+ years of outside sales experience
- Background in equipment rental or heavy equipment
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with home office experience
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
