Tout nouveau restaurant dans le centre-ville de Laval, le Rosso Cielo est un restaurant steak house italien, s’inspirant des traditions du nord et du sud de l’Italie. Déjeuners, dîners d’affaires, regroupement festif ; nous accueillons une clientèle éclectique et notre but est de rendre leur expérience inoubliable. Situé à même l’hôtel Courtyard Montréal Laval, la salle à manger principale se trouve au deuxième étage et nous y retrouvons une grande terrasse. Le Rosso Cielo est un concept innovant, puisqu’il propose la toute première terrasse à ciel ouvert de Laval, au dixième étage de l’hôtel.
Le restaurant Rosso Cielo est à la recherche d’un(e) grillardin(e) pour agrandir son équipe de cuisine et répondre à la demande croissante de sa clientèle.
· Effectuer la mise en place de votre poste de travail
· Assurer la cuisson des viandes et des aliments à la grille
· Aider à la préparation des plats et soutenir l’équipe en cuisine
· Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité (MAPAQ / CNESST)
· Maintenir un rythme de travail efficace durant les périodes achalandées
· Assurer une qualité et une constance dans les cuissons
Attitudes et comportement professionnels (aptitudes pour le travail d’équipe, autonomie, dynamisme, entregent, honnêteté, polyvalence, sens de l’initiative, sens de l’organisation
· Connaissance et application des principes de base en santé et sécurité, du SIMDUT, de même qu’en hygiène et salubrité
· Leadership, débrouillardise et capacité de prise rapide de décisions
· Rapidité d’exécution et bon sens de l’équilibre
· Tolérance au stress
· Capacité d’analyse et de visualisation des possibilités
· Connaissances culinaires de base, vocabulaire de la cuisine, des allergies alimentaires
