Our GHGC values: Growing together · Hospitality is our priority · Commitment to excellence · Creator of experiences WHAT YOUR ROLE INVOLVES Assist cooks in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to established standards Participate in the mise en place and organization of workstations Support the brigade during service, particularly during peak periods Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards (MAPAQ) Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, utensils and work areas Collaborate closely with all members of the kitchen team Perform any other related tasks contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS DEP in culinary arts or equivalent training (asset) Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment (asset) Knowledge of MAPAQ standards Attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy and team spirit Speed of execution and ability to work under pressure Strong interest in the culinary field We thank all candidates for their interest in Groupe Hôtelier Grand Château.
