Program Administrative Associate

The Program Administrative Associate position includes ongoing day-to-day administrative responsibilities and program support, as well as projects as they occur while providing exceptional support to fellow team members. This role will be critical in ensuring the implementation of standardized, consistent materials for participants and group leaders, on all Road Scholar programs.Responsibilities include:

• Create and maintain program departure reports and ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Data entry as it relates to payment processing, including verification of invoices and reconciliation of credit card statements
• Assist with compiling and analyzing participant evaluation data
• Support Operations Team staff in the daily maintenance and operation of Road Scholar operated programs
• Contact program participants to secure missing program information
• Being a strong Team Player by accepting assigned tasks as required to meet our needs, by raising areas of concern and opportunities for improvement to management, by contributing to a positive, supportive work environment and by ensuring we deliver consistent, quality service to our participants.
• Qualifications
• Strong oral and written communication
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with numbers
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and frequent interruptions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic and has the ability to interact diplomatically with people at all levels
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: TemporaryContract length: 1.5 month

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
