About the Role: We are hiring a Seasonal Bilingual Front Office Associate (French & English) to join our team for the busy season. This full-time position requires availability on both weekdays and weekends, including evenings. As a key part of our front office team, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests and help ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in both French and English, in person and over the phone
- Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Make, modify, and cancel reservations using our booking system
- Handle check-ins and check-outs accurately and courteously
- Process payments and balance daily transactions
- Address guest questions, issues, and complaints with care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning reservation software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Trustworthy with handling money and sensitive information
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
Schedule & Duration:
- Seasonal full-time position
- Must be available weekdays, weekends and evenings
- Position runs until the end of October
