Immigration Consultant (RCIC)

Vizard is growing Vancouver-based Immigration firm provided a broad range of immigratiuon services from visitor visas to citizenship.

We are seeking to add highly skilled RCICs to our team. An ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience working in the field of immigration.

Responsibilities:

• handling various types of visas, permanent residency applications, LMIA processes, and citizenship cases
• Analyze and prepare cases for submission
• This position includes a lot of writing and preparing letters and documents thus requires legal work writing skills
• Assist with various administrative tasks including filing, and document management
• Provide support to the case processing team by scheduling internal meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
• Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes
• Prepare and edit correspondence
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
• Utilize computerized systems and software to organize and maintain records

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English with outstanding writing and communicatuion skills
• Background in legal services or relevant education.
• Experience in transcribing legal letters and documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and identify key insights
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
